1.Can I add more items to my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed in our system.

2.Can I cancel my order?

We work hard to process your order quickly to get your items out for delivery as soon as possible. Once your order processes, you may still request cancellation, however please note that cancellation is not guaranteed at this time. Please send cancellation request to service@dollsnewborn.com.

3.Do I have to create a Rebornsgift's moment account to shop?

An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

4.How to use my discount code?

Click "Show order summary" at check out and enter the code into the discount blank.

5.What forms of payment methods do Ling’s moment accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and 3 major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard).

6.Why is my payment being declined?

When you process the payment with a credit card, there are several reasons why it could be declined.
Common reasons include inputting wrong card details (such as name, expiry date, CVC or pin number), exceeding spend limit, transaction timeout, etc.

Sometimes the payment may be declined by the issuing bank. In this case, you may contact your bank for authorization of the transaction.
Also, paying with another credit card or PayPal could be an alternative option.

7.How long does it take before I can receive my order?

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3 business days, it will take around 7-10 business days to be delivered.

8.I have not received my order, what should I do?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready to ship. You may also visit our "Track Your Order" page for more information on your order status. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us via PM or email at service@dollsnewborn.com.

9.Why am I getting multiple packages for my order?

We partner with 3rd party fulfillment centers to help ship some of our orders, the items may be shipped from different warehouses, therefore resulting in multiple packages shipped to you.

10.Are they real flowers?

We offer artificial foam flowers made of latex foam and silk flowers made of polyester.

11.Can your flowers float on water?

Yes, most of our foam flowers can float on water (except the dusty color schemed and shimmer ones like shimmer silver grey or shimmer blush). Please keep in mind stems of the flowers are made of wire and paper, which may go rust if exposed to water for too long. We recommend removing/trimming off the stems before placing in water~
